Job Overview

 

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including both inpatient and outpatient. As a PT, you will create and guide evidence-based clinical care plans while embracing innovative technologies to optimize patient outcomes.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patients' health status using both traditional and digital assessment tools
  • Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, incorporating both in-person and telehealth services
  • Utilize advanced therapeutic technologies, including wearable devices and virtual reality applications, to enhance treatment effectiveness
  • Monitor and document patient progress using digital health platforms while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventive care strategies
  • Stay current with emerging physical therapy techniques and technologies

Skills & Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Current state physical therapy license
  • Minimum of 2,000 hours of clinical experience preferred
  • Proficiency in current physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and digital health technologies
  • Strong understanding of rehabilitation technologies and their clinical applications
  • Excellence in patient education and communication
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
